Workplace Conflict Solutions
Is it your goal to solve an issue quickly and effectively, such that relationships are repaired and people are refocused on the work?
A typical example/request is to review and discuss a situation where key players or executives are having challenges working together.
Do you need a mediation? Maybe, but perhaps you just need a review by a neutral party, wherein you decide that the company processes you already have are applicable for solving the issue, but you just didn’t know it. Often, this assessment can be completed in one or two consultation sessions in order to determine next steps.
Possible next steps may include:
If you need a mediator, I can refer you to an expert mediator who is well suited to help. I do mediate, but as a business consultant, I prefer to have a different individual do the mediation if a mediation is recommended.
You might also be able to tackle the issue with conflict resolution practices I can teach you to use in conjunction with your leadership and HR department.
If you need an investigator, I can put you in touch with an expert.
If you are a small company with minimal HR resources, I can help you address the issue in that environment as well.

Build-a-Program
Most situations only need a brief consultation or two, and the issue is resolved and everybody gets back to work, sleeps better, and is more productive, but perhaps you are interested in building a more formal process or program to handle things if additional issues arise. I am happy to help you build a process for conflict resolution at your company, whether you need a simple program for a small company, or a broader, more extensive program for a very large company.
Or, if you want to start small and build something scalable, I can help. I can work with you and your leadership team and legal team to build a program suited to handle your workplace conflict resolution needs.
