Karen Gleason has over 20 years of experience working in various areas of HR and with conflict in the workplace. Over the years, she has partnered with many leaders to help them shape, customize, and maintain great workplace cultures. She has formally worked with over 1,000 workplace conflicts. In addition, Karen is a trained and experienced community and court mediator, currently serving as a court mediator for the DRC of Snohomish and Island Counties. She has a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, and holds two senior HR certifications: SHRM-SCP, and SPHR. She has worked with a range of company sizes from 100 to over 100,000, including finance, non-profit, retail, hospitality, aerospace, manufacturing, and healthcare.
